A modern cosmetic product manufacturing facility is located at the same location as the research and development department and accredited laboratory for cosmetic products testing.
The production is carried out in accordance with ISO 22716:2007, i.e. according to the principles of GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices, in a newly refurbished facility that meets all the standards required for the production of cosmetic products. We can also offer the production according to the NaTrue or Ecocert standards, and, at the client's request, carry out the certification of the product according to the mentioned standards. In order to introduce the production of your new product smoothly, the transition from a laboratory to a scale-up process is always carried out through the collaboration of the formulator that developed the product and experienced manufacturing technicians, all under the watchful eye of the quality control department, enabling the satisfaction of strict quality requirements for each production batch.
The production facility stands out with its flexibility in the production of both small and large batches. The minimum series is only 500 pieces.
